IHETS training and support

Overview

Need in-depth training to learn and make the most of a particular IHETS service? Technical support from Help Desk customer service analysts? Or a demonstration of an IHETS service, like Web conferencing?

Our goal is to facilitate and promote the effective use of educational technologies. We are available to consult with consortium members—including faculty, instructors, instructional technology coordinators, directors of information technology, and other staff—in one-on-one or group sessions.

We can provide training, trouble-shooting, technical consulting, hands-on demonstrations, and more on-site at your location. Consortium members in and near the Indianapolis area are also encouraged to visit our office, just two blocks northeast of IUPUI , for hands-on one-on-one or group consultations in our demo room and a tour of IHETS facilities.
