IHETS training services

Overview

Informal and formal training opportunities are available for all consortium members and affiliated partners. One-on-one consultations and/or group sessions can be arranged.

Some training takes place using the technology itself—like Web, video, or audio conferencing—to teach members specific the steps, tasks, and functions needed to optimally utilize a specific IHETS service. Training by technology allows participants from across the state to ask questions, learn together, and even share best practices without taking time out of their busy schedules to travel to a central location.

In addition, a variety of written training documentation, tutorials, quick start guides, reference materials, and videos are available on our Web site. In the next few weeks, all training documentation and materials (most of which is currently located in the programs and services section of the site) will be moved here for easy access and improved organization.
